Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Processing times may vary due to items being out of stock, pre-ordered being held till the release date, billing issues or due to high volume of demand.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping rates are based on current AusPost domestic charges.

Domestic shipping options are as follows:

  1. Standard Parcel Post
    (2 to 8 business days)
  2. Express Parcel Post
    (1 to 4 business days)

Shipping times may vary due to AusPost shipping delays.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to currently listed countries on the AusPost website. To view them simply follow the link here.

At this time, we do not ship to any of the countries not specified in the AusPost international countries list.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping rates are based on current AusPost international charges.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bside Merchandising Pty Ltd and The Dreggs Merch are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Internation shipping options are as follows:

  2. Express Parcel Post

Shipping times may vary due to distance from Australia and the option chosen. Shipping times can take between 4 days to 25+ days.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@tsprint.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

All orders are shipped via AusPost. To check your tracking information, visit the AusPost website below and enter your tracking number. Please be aware that tracking formation is subject to processing time by AusPost and may not be available immediately after shipping has been assigned.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition and should not be washed or worn.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@tsprint.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
